Asthma Control
Asthma Control

Has anyone used a natural remedy to control your asthma?
I am an adult with asthma. My triggers are exercise, laughing, cold, allergy. I use the inhaler every day, which is not good. I have insurance to pay for the drugs, but I am a member of Rx assistance programs. I am looking for a natural way to control asthma. I have used homoeopathic but stick with it long enough. I gave up too easily, I guess. Any use respitrol? Anyone have any experience and advice on this issue?
You may want to try these things: the herb Astragalus - made it much easier for me to take a deeper breath. Rosehip herb -- made it easier for me to breathe. Grape seed extract - reduce mucus production when laughing or exercise myself. Those things worked for me, good lucky! I take these things every day now, not even a whole lot of each. I no longer use the inhaler (which was about 10 months) and have no more Advair. The only thing is I'm allergic to pollen (I have seasonal hay fever) and I am not even have a cough associated with it. So I guess that herbs are working!
