Has anyone heard of a IGG/IGA food allergy panel for acne?
My doctor wants me to take one he says it’s a blood test that compares my immune system to around 200 foods. It looks for abnormal Immunoglobulin G reactions that indicate a possible food sensitivities. It would tell me the foods I would need to stop eating to control my acne.
Yep, I’ve heard of it. Most people have it done to check for food allergies and sensitivities. You have a good doctor. Most wouldn’t check for food allergies as the culprit. Hope you find an answer to your acne problems.
